By accessing or using KK WiFi Tickets (the "Service"), operated by Guru Brothers Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
KK WiFi Tickets is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing and selling Wi-Fi access vouchers. The Service provides voucher inventory management, point-of-sale, client management, subscription billing, expense tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; (d) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to KK WiFi Tickets are the exclusive property of Guru Brothers Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload but grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page or by emailing support. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a retention period of 90 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guru Brothers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guru Brothers Ltd is incorporated. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
